Bed & Breakfasts are an inexpensive way to stay in St John's, and provide you the opportunity to see how Newfoundlanders live.

There are about 30 bed & breakfasts in St John's and a number area communities including: Aquaforte, Argentianglish, Bay Roberts, Bell Island, Brigus, Carbonear, Dildo, Heart's Delight, Petty Harbour, Placentia, St. Mary's Bay, Trepassey, and Witless Bay.

They are not required to be licensed by the City, however, here are some of their more typical standards:
